**Customer Service Coordinator - Leeds - £25,000**
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-established manufacturing business within the Leeds area, who are looking for a proactive, focused individual to join their diverse and dedicated team as a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful privately owned business where you’ll really feel like an inclusive part of the company. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers receive an effective service whichwill require excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve within a timey manner.

**Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Processing of export orders ensuring to include supporting documentation
- Liaising with internal departments and hauliers to ensure the smooth running of each order
- Updating customers and keeping them well advised in terms of any delivery compromises
- Investigating all invoice queries for credit requests
- Maintenance of the system by updating price lists

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Competent IT skills and the ability to work with Excel and SAP is desirable
- Ability to prioritise a busy work schedule and work to tight deadlines
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player
