Tolsa is the European market leader as a producer of cat litter, sales of which are under its own and private label worldwide. In addition, Tolsa offers various industrial products and additives aimed at improving the quality and/or efficiency of the materials, processes and systems for which they are used. Tolsa's head office is located in Spain.
Tolsa UK is focused on producing and packaging products for the consumer segment (cat litter) in particular. The branch is hierarchically managed by the Country Manager (Managing Director) and consists of the Operations, Finance & HR, Supply chain and Sales departments. In addition, the various disciplines have functional lines with headquarters.
Within supply chain, customer services is focused on processing customer orders in the systems and coordinating delivery to the customer.
Customer services acts as the first point of contact for the customer in case of questions and/or complaints. Customer services further assists with product calls and transport and supports the sales department (reactively) in carrying out their work.
**What will you do**:
- Registering orders in the appropriate system, coordinating with customer on missing data if necessary;
- Checking delivery possibilities with the planning department, if necessary coordinating with customers about deviations in delivery times;
- Checking and booking time slots for delivery to customers, creating transport orders;
- Monitoring and processing the delivery of orders;
- Act as first point of contact for customers in case of questions and complaints about orders and deliveries;
- Investigating complaints, making inquiries and taking actions within the organization;
- Feedback results/information to customers;
- Signaling regularly recurring complaints to the manager;
- Maintaining files with customer data, providing information and/or samples upon request;
- Entering sales prices into the systems;
- Maintaining contacts with customers at the request of sales (based on instructions received);
- Perform administrative work for tenders and offers.
**What do you bring**:
- MBO work and thinking level (preferably towards sales, administration);
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry and customer services;
- Knowledge of the systems to be used (SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
- Knowledge of internal procedures and working methods;
