**Job Purpose**

To support site management in developing and implementing quality management systems which align with customer and industry best practice, support the safety of colleagues, the protection of all brands on site and achieving audit ready standards.

**Responsibilities**

Supporting site management in developing and delivering the following:

- Train and then verify operational procedures to all operators.
- Administer high speed training and learning courses for the teams.
- Internal audit structure and non-conformance management
- Site policies and procedures
- Site document control system
- Maintaining certification
- Supporting colleagues through change
- Process standardisation
- Document control & Standardisation
- Policy and procedure development
- Audit standard compliance

**Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications required**
- Previous experience of working in a production environment
- Previous experience of delivering training and coaching
- Understanding of document control and management systems
- BRC experience - essential
- Internal audit trained - desirable
- Knowledge of ISO systems
- Basic excel and word skill.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide of personalities.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to influence colleagues.
- Observant with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrates a logical, methodical approach to work.
- Work unaided

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
