Do you have the experience to join us as a Care Coordinator in a modern 84 bedded care home. Your responsibilities will include, leading and directing the care team to ensure delivery of person centred care. You will promote and encourage staff interaction with care, meaningful activity and infection control processes. Your role will be to develop and support staff throughout your shift.

You will lead and support with H&S and all Fire procedures within the building. You will be part of our management team within Crosslet House and your role will include promoting quality standards to comply with current legislation and council policy. To carry out the required administrative procedures and to contribute to staff development and manage all aspects of the the electronic medication system and Care Planning system.

**Requirements**:
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.

Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
