Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking two Business Administration Apprentices to work across various teams in West Dunbartonshire Council, learning financial and compliance requirements of employability programmes. The successful applicants will be residents of West Dunbartonshire and meet the required eligibility criteria.
The council prides itself on providing flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. As an employee, you will have access to the Local Government pension scheme with a minimum employer's contribution of 19%. You will also receive a minimum of 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 35 days, as well as 8 fixed public holidays per year.
In addition, you will have access to employee wellbeing supports, including occupational health and counselling services if needed. Our team is committed to supporting your career growth and development.
