Company Overview
The Working4U Employability Team is seeking two Business Administration Apprentices to work in a variety of teams learning the financial and compliance requirements of various Employability Programmes. These programmes include No One Left Behind (NOLB), UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), and Skills Development Scotland Modern and Foundation Apprenticeship funded contracts.

Salary
The successful applicant will receive an estimated annual salary of £25,000, which is competitive for the West Dunbartonshire area. In addition to this, they will have access to a range of benefits including the Local Government pension scheme (LGPS) with an employer's contribution of at least 19%.

Job Description
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will work in a fast-paced environment supporting various teams with administrative tasks, data management, and communication. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial and compliance procedures, as well as learn about the different Employability Programmes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to team goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also meet the eligibility criteria by registering with Working4U on their referral form.
