Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) plays a pivotal role within BD. As a Country Finance Business Partner, you are expected to take full ownership of the complete P&L of the countries in scope and collaborate with the Country Business Leaders, Country Finance Analyst and Country Controller to capture accurate performance information to drive country business strategy and planning.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

- Drive revenue growth and cost management activities.
- Support the decision making process by providing standardized process and reporting,
- Drive excellence in all FP&A activities.
- Be the single source of trusted data related to P&L.
- Identify and assess full P&L risks and opportunities and provide accurate performance information to drive business strategy and planning.
- Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent working experience.
- Well-developed analytical skills including business economics, accounting and financial modelling.
- Ability to determine and articulate a long-term vision and strategy
- Problem solving mindset - someone that looks beyond the obvious.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Teamplayer
