**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Partner supporting the BDI - Surgery and Urology Businesses. As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing business partnering solutions to our Business Unit Managers and their commercial teams. This is a one year fixed term position with hybrid working.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Analyze sales performance using management tools and provide insights to challenge assumptions.
- Conduct detailed analyses for informed decision-making and tactical support to manage risks.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely commitment.
- Participate in strategy formulation, preparing financial analyses and insights for the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to set and update territory targets, providing ongoing insights.
- Provide commercial support through sales, pricing, and gross profit analytics.
- Prepare financial analyses and slides for key monthly business reviews and European BU meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting the Business Unit Manager and contributing to various business initiatives.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in a commercial business partnering role.
- Working towards a Professional Financial Qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Track record of delivering results and driving profitable growth.
- Familiarity with large, complex organizations, preferably in Med Tech or Pharma.
- Ability to handle large sets of data, strong analytical skills
- Strong technical skills in sales management tools (SFDC, Power BI, Edge2.0).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
