We're seeking an experienced Lease Consultant to join our Carwow Leasey division in Winnersh. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our customers engaging in leasing a vehicle from Carwow Leasey.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and highly motivated individual to drive results for Leasey. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic leasing funders, and suppliers, helping to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales enquiries and pipeline, maintaining CRM in line with company processes
  • Take ownership of performance and contribute towards growth of Carwow Leasey
  • Meet monthly & quarterly targets and take responsibility for personal development
  • Provide recommendations for business improvement, including products, process improvements
  • Regular feedback and communication with Internal Sales manager on team/sales performance
  • Ensure regular formal and informal communication with the team
  • Support effective management of relationships with key suppliers and partners
  • Internal relationship management between teams/departments
  • Support application of company induction and handle complaints effectively
  • Awareness and adherence to compliance and company policies

Requirements

  • Results-driven and highly motivated with strong communication skills
  • Consultative and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Experience within the vehicle leasing industry (Required)
  • Experience within a busy telesales team (Required)
  • Proven track record in delivering against sales targets and growth plans
  • Sales processes and systems experience
