We’re searching for an incredible **Resident Engagement Coordinator **for our residential communities across the UK

Our **Resident Engagement Coordinator **plays a key role by providing administrative support to the team by ensuring that all our outgoing communication is spot on and in line with our values. We're looking for someone who can assist in delivering a comms schedule (both internally and externally) and helps us develop and maintain a new high standard when it comes to all things communication Ensuring that all resident communications are compliant, and that continuous improvement projects within the department are carried out to enhance the customer journey will be area in which you can shine

**What will you do?**
- Ensure communications issued to customers are effective, written in the correct tone of voice, are issued within agreed timescale via all appropriate communication channels
- Assist the Head of Communities to develop central communications timelines across Residential, to include an annual internal and external communications schedule, which is regularly reviewed, amended and updated
- Develop and maintain templates for standard letters across the Department, including App content and mandatory information requirements, proactively promoting the use of these templates
- Ensuring a consistent tone of voice is used in all outgoing communications across the Department ,educating teams on best practice
- To work with the Residential SMT to develop and maintain a communications Library to be used across Department
- Support continuous improvement projects within the Department to enhance the customer journey
- Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure communications are distributed effectively, and in line with data/legal requirements
- Work alongside our key stakeholders to understand communication requirements within their business areas
- Working closely with the data team to ensure relevant guidelines are met in relation to data protection requirements, and performing regular data cleanses of the Residential database

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment, and consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience of working a the property industry (although this is not essential)
- Knowledge of key technology, such as telephone systems, access controls, printer/scanner, internal systems and Microsoft 365.
