The Productivity Institute is a nation
- wide research institute in the United Kingdom, headquartered at Alliance Manchester Business School and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), focusing on improving productivity and living standards across the UK economy. We are doing this through frontier research and strong regional engagement with business and policy stakeholders across the UK.

We are seeking to appoint an Engagement and Impact Coordinator to support the work of the Institute.

The Engagement and Impact Coordinator will provide administrative duties and project management support to the Engagement and Impact Director, facilitating the smooth running of the Regional Productivity Forums, Business Innovation Funded activity and Communications, Engagement and Impact activities of the Institute.

This will include providing efficient, accurate and reliable support to the Engagement and Impact Director, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

**Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties**:

- Provide efficient administrative support to the Engagement and Impact Director in the effective co-ordination, administration and management of Regional Productivity Forum, Business Innovation project and Communication, Engagement and Impact related activities
- Maintain an overview of business innovation project outputs, deadlines and deliverables and keep track of these
- Assist in the collation, analysis and reporting of data
- Support the planning and coordination of all Business Innovation project activities, tracking and monitoring delivery dates
- Centrally coordinate meeting and event dates across the Regional Productivity Forums and other key practitioners and policymaker meetings and events
- Centrally coordinate RPF agendas, minutes and papers and maintain a repository of these
- Act as the main point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders involved in the management and delivery of these activities
- Prioritise tasks daily and ensure that these are delivered effectively
- Take minutes and follow up on actions
- Log relevant activity on the ResearchFish system and Productivity Institute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
