We are recruiting for a Telematics & Claims Advisor to become part of the successful First Response Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately record key FNOL information for Employment Liability, Occupiers Liability and Road Traffic Accident cases onto our case management system.
- Respond to incident alerts generated from telematics (black box) software, correctly interpret crash data and contacting the policy holder to ensure they receive the correct assistance.
- Contacting the emergency services in event of a serious incident.
- To understand and improve knowledge on telematics within the insurance industry.
- Respond to Live Chat and website enquiries, providing support to our First Response Team within our online space.
- Assist our First Response Claims Handlers with claims tasks to ensure the department is up to date and claims are progressed to the next stages.
