Customer Relations Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Relations team, based within our Global Engagement Centres, this position is based on a 6-month secondment basis.

Whether dealing with first-time BA customers, or the much-loved frequent-flying members of our Executive Club, you'll aim to delight each one in a way that feels good to you. We'll empower you with the freedom to find the best solution for the customer using your knowledge of our vast network and enabling first contact resolution.

We are looking for individuals that can support our customers when things don't always go to plan and turn around a situation so that our customers retain faith and loyalty with British Airways. This includes handling compensation claims for delayed and cancelled flights and assessing baggage claims.

Essentials we are looking for:

- Ability to fully converse and correspond in English in addition to at least one language of German, French, Italian or Spanish
- Ability to work from home
- Be an expert in Customer Relations processes, policies and systems and have the ability to deal with complex customer complaints
