We are looking for a Personal Injury Insurance Advisor to join our Newcastle-based team. In this role, you will work closely with injured parties, healthcare professionals, and legal representatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers. Your new role involves managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution, assessing claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs, investigating claims, and providing excellent customer service.

Salary Range: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in claims management or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
