**About the role**

Currently we are looking for a National Sales Director for UK & I. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of sales operations within our organization. This pivotal role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our sales efforts, managing teams, cultivating key relationships, and expanding our market presence.

**As a National Sales Director you’ll be responsible for**:

- Business Unit Management:

- Direct oversight of the business unit's performance, including budget allocation, forecasting, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation and profitability.
- Regularly analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential.
- Manage both direct sales personnel and engineers operating in a dotted line capacity, fostering collaboration and synergy within the team.
- Individual Direct Sales Territory:

- Assume responsibility for an individual sales territory, setting and achieving budget targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Implement innovative approaches to penetrate new markets and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Strategic Orientation:

- Spearhead the transition from the current organizational structure to a London-focused approach, aligning sales efforts with strategic objectives.
- Drive the expansion and enhancement of our partner network, leveraging relationships to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Key Accounts Management:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop comprehensive account plans to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of business opportunities.
- Development of Energy Range:

- Strategically develop the energy range within the country by establishing and nurturing a network of partners.
- Work closely with market decision-makers to promote the adoption of our energy solutions, demonstrating value propositions and fostering long-term relationships.

**What we are looking for**:

- ** Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the Hospitality**.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
