The DRG are one of Scotland’s largest independent restaurant groups, with restaurants in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Newcastle. Based in Glasgow city centre, the Reservations team member will work as part of the reservations team. Working closely with the Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs of the restaurants under their responsibility to ensure the diary is maximised, the correct promotions and menus are running and be the administration arm of their team, based at the support office in Glasgow.

It is the function of the Co-ordinator to process all bookings, group booking, special events, meal deal offers and promotions for the business. Experience using ResDiary booking system a great advantage

This varied and interesting post is part of a close-knit team of 5 people working on a weekly rota of 5 days, Monday to Sunday, so flexible working is essential. Earliest start is 9am (usual 10 or 11am) and the latest finish 6pm or 8pm.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
