- Relive the golden age of travel at voco® Grand Central - Glasgow, an enduring monument to Victorian glamour in an unbeatable central location, attached to Glasgow Central Station, a city landmark since the 19th-century heyday of the railways._
- Glasgow’s Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel is celebrated for its gorgeous Georgian architecture, superior service (everyone here is nice), well-loved spa and unique event venues. We provide a truly luxurious stay for our guests._

We are looking for a **Groups Reservations Agent **who will report to the Groups Reservations Manager** **and is available to work 40 hours typically between Monday and Friday (some additional hours may be required at times, all additional hours worked are paid)**.**

This is a cluster role giving you the chance to work between our voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel

Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some Group Reservations Experience whether you have previously worked in a Hotel or a Destination Venue, or in a Sales administration role. Along with the above, you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards.

**To thrive in this role, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are**:

- Reservations experience in a Hotel or Sales role
- Salesforce and Opera knowledge (highly desired)
- Passionate about providing excellent client experiences and engaging with clients
- Confident in proactively problem solving and enhancing hotel guest journey.
- Loves working in a fast-paced and motivated team...and wants the next exciting step in their career
