Due to an exciting level of growth, we now have an initial 3-month contract for a Customer Service Administrator to support our operations team and customers by providing a first-class service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely processing of job close
- Auditing of job close to ensure correct information is input prior to processing (including kit, pricing and job notes)
- Provide exceptional admin support to our operations team and supporting other key departments when needed
- You will use ‘Salesforce’ service management system daily (training will be provided on same). This will be used to process job close procedures and billing
- Input accurate information into the job management system such as customer information, products, and job descriptions
- Work within Handsfree service level agreements
- Work towards KPIs set by management
- Understand our partners needs and requirements and build good working relationships
- Daily communication with our partners providing updates on job status and issues
- Assist with additional duties as and when necessary
