Richard Haworth is a well-established business, trading since 1876 in the supply of fine têxtiles.

We are the UK’s leading supplier of bed, bath, and table linen to the UK hospitality sector. We service establishments right through from luxury and boutique hotels to guest houses, Michelin star restaurants and holiday camps.

If you have stayed in a hotel, dined in a restaurant, or visited a spa in the UK recently the likelihood is that you have used a Richard Haworth bed sheet, towel, or tablecloth

Due to significant growth of the business in the last twelve months we require and additional Customer Service Administrator to join the team. The purpose of the role is to provide first class administrative support to the Business Development Managers to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude.
- Support the Business Development Managers with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues that occur in connection with customer orders.
- Maintaining and supporting the accounts held by the Business Development Managers, assisting in account management and administration.
- Responding to queries and after-sales requirements.
- Liaising with Business Development Managers on contract pricing, blanket orders and buffer stocks to ensure all information is up to date and recorded correctly.
- Maintain regular contact with customers, providing customers with product and promotional updates.
- Assist with presentation and sales literature.
- Providing sales offtake and stock reports as required.
- Prepare sample orders as per company guidelines for new and existing customers.
- Assist with general office tasks.

**Key skills and experience required**:

- A proven administrator with experience in a similar role is essential
