As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a central role in our operations:

- Provide executive support, including travel arrangements and client meetings.
- Contribute to client on-boarding
- Manage end-to-end services with Customers
- General Admin tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Office-based role, City of Manchester.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Strong communication, both written and oral.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Integrity, cultural awareness, and honesty.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
