**Dorset Coast Forum Project Officer**

Looking for a part time flexible position? If you have answered yes to those questions, then there is an exciting job opportunity to join Dorset Coast Forum as a part-time Project Officer.

**What you can expect to be doing**

The Officer will develop and lead on several projects, working alongside partners and communities in areas along the Dorset coast. Part of this will involve organising and facilitating community and stakeholder engagement activities and communicating updates with project partners and the wider public. A key activity to be led the Project Officer, will be the community and stakeholder engagement for the development of the Studland Masterplan, working alongside The National Trust.

This post is part-time (22.5 hours per week) fixed-term contract for 24 months initially. Hours of working can be set over three days or spread out over the working week. On occasion, the Project Officer will be required to work evenings and weekends where required and to meet the needs of community engagement.

The Officer will be expected to travel to meetings and events so should have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. This will include ad-hoc attendance at evening and/or weekend meetings and events.
