Business Administration Apprentice

We are recruiting for two Business Administration Apprentices for an esteemed QA client. The company is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement, and citation services. The business is part of the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.
The company supports the government, utilities and private sectors through the delivery of market leading integrated technology-enabled solutions from design and implementation to management and recovery.
This role will be supported by Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Modern Apprenticeship, delivered by QA Apprenticeships.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Handling customer and client enquiries efficiently
- Maintaining and replying to internal and external communications
- Other duties as required
**Required skills**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent ability to communicate
- Clear focus on quality and accuracy
- Positive outlook and with a ‘can do’ attitude
**Salary**:
£21,255 per annum
**Working week**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm (2x 15 minute breaks and 1 hour lunch)

**Future prospects**:

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
