Our client is a private GP and occupational healthcare group based in the heart of Edinburgh. The company was established in 2003 by a team of GPs who are committed to delivering health care in the best way possible. Today, they rank as one of Scotland’s leading private medical practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Typing up all medical notes for the medical staff
- Dealing with incoming requests for patient care
- Managing medical health bookings
- Managing inboxes and dealing with all incoming mail
- Setting up new clients and dealing with invoices from clients
- Dealing with a range of systems internally - you will be trained on this
- All general administrative tasks

**What we are looking for**:

**Salary**:
£16,500 - £18,000 per annum

**Working hours**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
