Main Responsibilities
- Provide a first-class customer service to our employees and managers, triaging and escalating employment queries.
- Moving and tracking calls to other support teams e.g. IT, Finance, Sales
- Back office support - updating systems, updating menu information, general office tasks etc.
- Build effective working relationships across the business.
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to switch quickly between tasks to meet the needs of the business
- The ability to effectively manage workloads, working as a part of the team, or on your own initiative
- Good personal communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face
Package Description
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated and is looking for a role to fit in with family life.
- Monday to Friday
- 25-37.5 hours per week, school hours considered
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
