**The Opportunity**
As the Talent & People Lead, you will own end-to-end hiring practices for our multi-site team, this will include customer facing community roles as well as all HQ functions. As the most experienced person on our People Ops team, you will be responsible for line managing and supporting the growth of our talented People Ops Coordinator, Ria.
Working directly with the Senior Leadership team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in business decision-making & senior stakeholder management from the off You’ll broaden your skill set in a generalist HR capacity, while keeping the build and shaping of an incredible talent acquisition function as your number one priority.
You will play a crucial part in shaping our team and culture and ensuring that we continue to thrive as we grow. We offer mentoring and coaching opportunities to all managers on our team, and you will be supported by our external People Advisor as you ramp up into your new role.

Reporting to Natasha, our CEO
£45,000 - £60,000
**Requirements**:
- A dynamic & adaptable talent expert, able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle many tasks at once
- In-house full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding experience
- Know the ins and outs of selection methods & techniques
- Up to date with social media and job hunting platforms
- Proven experience in understanding the tasks and talents of different functions and roles
- Handy with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- A confident & straight-talker, even with senior stakeholders
- Organised and methodical - loves to introduce helpful structure and enjoys optimising and iterating processes to ensure everything's smooth running
- You’ve line managed a person or team of people before
**_It’d be a bonus if you:_**
- Have experience in multi-site & customer facing businesses
- Experience in proposing and leading on functional OKRs
- Have taken the lead on implementing wider people initiatives such as onboarding programmes or team development projects
- Are keen to get more exposure to and own some generalist People Ops responsibilities.
**What you’ll be doing?**
As our Talent & People Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts. This includes, but is not limited to:
**Recruitment Management**
- Overseeing full cycle recruitment processes across multiple locations
**Talent Acquisition and Strategy**
- Developing and implementing acquisition strategies for attracting and retaining high quality talent
- Expertise in sourcing and go-to-market strategies for a broad range of roles, from entry level to Director
- Analysing and reporting on talent acquisition metrics for process improvement
**Relationship building and business partnering**
- Establishing and maintaining relations with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs
- Providing guidance on hiring best practices and aligning hiring efforts with strategic goals
**Strategic collaboration**
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Management team to define and achieve People & Talent OKRs (objectives and key results), contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
**Team Leadership**
- Managing our People Operations Coordinator, providing leadership, mentorship and support for their professional development.
