Seetec Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be recruiting an Employment coach, for their client based in Cannock.

As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to progress into their chosen career paths by providing advice and guidance by use of assessments and implementing tailored support plans, which would need to be smart, tailored to individual needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coaching participants in a face-to-face environment, to support their journey into employment.
- Provide employability sessions, interview skills, job search methods and identify correct interventions to remove barriers that affect them in regaining employment.
- Implement tailored support plans which are smart and based around the individual's needs.
- Help progress their chosen career path by providing advice, support, and guidance.
- Maintain accurate participant records on CRM and ensuring that regular contact is made to enable motivation and engagement for the duration of their programme.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Empathy it takes to engage with people from all backgrounds and the confidence to challenge them if you need to.
- The ability to handle complex cases at the same time in an environment where you will have targets to achieve.
- Excellent organisational skills, managing your own workload.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good administration and IT skills (including MS office)
- To have a good understanding of the local and regional labour market.
- A practical understanding of the recruitment and selection processes.

**Additional Information**:
In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is offering a salary of £31,000 per annum (pro-rata based on 11 month fixed term contract), working Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700.
