Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to established processes through a structured coaching and auditing program across all operational sites, including client locations and subcontractors.
  • Address operational challenges arising from non-compliance and coordinate necessary corrective measures.
  • Engage in additional projects related to Waste, Water, or Energy as needed, focusing on resource efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on activities and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee seasonal service schedules, including the annual Christmas service.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and support service evaluations to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in account or customer management within the Waste sector is preferred.
  • Proven background in commercial waste management, with the ability to manage clients across various locations.
  • This role is designed for professional growth, with ample coaching and support to enhance your skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in Google Office tools is advantageous. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in process improvement or project management.
