Job Summary:

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their skin and makeup goals
  • Provide personalized recommendations to meet client needs and drive sales growth
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through excellent customer service and visual merchandising
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • Desire to understand client skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
  • Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
