Company Overview: Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly ambitious Sales Professional to join our team as a National Account / Sales Manager.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our National Accounts and drive business growth in the Paper and Plastics FMCG Packaging industry for the Food & Retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Paper and Plastics FMCG Packaging industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Business Development within the Paper and Plastics FMCG Packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Food & Retail sectors and their packaging needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with leading grocery retailers, fast food chains, plant bakeries, distributors, and consolidators.
  • Track record of managing accounts with values ranging from several £100ks to low £Ms.
