Kingswood Group are delighted to be recruiting an Emerging/Early Talent Advisor, to join a growing business, based in the City of London. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, 3 days to be office based.

Working as part of busy and vibrant team, you will be responsible for supporting current and future talent throughout their journey in the business.

Responsibilities to include;
- Supporting emerging talent with developing their career in the business
- Acting as the point of contact for all emerging talent HR and development queries
- Liaising with key stakeholders, supporting international assignments
- Supporting on the international emerging talent strategy
- Planning, attending and facilitating the emerging talent programmes
- Designing and delivery of professional skills programme to early talent and their supervisors.
- Working closely with the preferred education provider Ad-hoc project work in collaboration with the wider HR and Talent teams

Essential experience required;
- Proven track record of working with emerging/early talent within a professional services environment
- Well organised and with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
- Ability to define and implement creative campaigns and innovative approaches
- Excellent communications skills
