**First Intuition Limited** is an award-winning, UK-based provider of predominantly accountancy training and apprenticeships that has recently extended its services to offer skills and qualifications across the financial, leadership, and digital sectors.

Founded in 2007, we’re growing fast and we’re an **Outstanding** training provider. As part of this ongoing growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced **Talent Acquisition Advisor **to support our teams across Birmingham, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Reading, and Southampton - plus future centres. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to our organisation. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the applicant tracking system (Workable) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Stay current on trends and developments in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition technology.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
