As part of this ongoing growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced **Talent Acquisition Advisor **to support our teams across Birmingham, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Reading, and Southampton - plus future centres. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to our organisation. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the applicant tracking system (Workable) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Stay current on trends and developments in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition technology.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
