Our client, a friendly and established professional services company in the City of London, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their HR team fora 6-months FTC.

**Salary £40-45K**

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work in Talent Acquisition. You will play a crucial part in the team and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, providing advice and support on all thing’s recruitment.

**Duties include**:

- Supporting the TA manager, partnering with internal & external stakeholders.
- Assist with talent reports.
- Supporting with various recruitment methods, social media platforms, networking events, etc.
- Writing job descriptions, interview questions & technical assessments.
- Monitor recruitment inbox.
- Support the early careers coordinator.
- Attend first-stage interviews with hiring managers.
- Updating their internal ATS system.
- Screening profiles

**Experience Required**:

- Experience working as an in-house Talent Acquisition specialist is required.
- Experience working in professional services.
- Keen interest in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and positive working attitude.
