About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Learning team as an Emerging Talent Advocate. This role will play a crucial part in unlocking the potential of our apprenticeship levy and helping us achieve our mission to transform learning at ASOS.

In this position, you will have end-to-end accountability for emerging talent programmes, from initial discovery through to deploying and delivering your content. You will also measure the effectiveness of your projects, celebrating success and taking action on lessons learned.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and run emerging talent programmes across ASOS, including creating and delivering tailored recruitment campaigns that meet business demand and the needs of early careers candidates.
  • Design and coordinate assessments for emerging talent roles, working closely with the talent acquisition team.
  • Build strong relationships with the emerging talent community, business stakeholders, and broader teams, including talent acquisition.
  • Represent ASOS at internal and external events, communicating success stories internally and externally.
  • Manage training provider partnerships for our programmes and ensure accurate tracking and reporting using various systems and data.
  • Develop and deliver measurable learning experiences that build skills, increase engagement, and contribute to our DEI agenda.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to emerging talent to support their programme experience and career development.
  • Owning the ongoing success of the offer through testing, measuring success through agreed OKRs, and continuously improving.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

About You

  • You have experience in recruiting, with a passion for early careers and getting the best out of people through development.
  • You understand apprenticeship funding rules and our obligations as a responsible apprenticeship employer.
  • You possess a creative mindset, drawing from traditional and non-traditional learning solutions to solve problems.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • You can facilitate in-person and virtual sessions and adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • You possess strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • You are data-driven, able to manage various platforms to ensure data is up-to-date, accurate, and supports decision-making.
  • You have energy, drive, and resilience, with the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
