Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in London. As part of our Test and React division, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring top talent for our business.

Salary

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring top talent for our business, focusing on emerging trends and first-to-market products;
  • Collaborating with the buying team to ensure suppliers are developing and buying stocks on relevant fabric bases and trims;
  • Working closely with studio stakeholders to ensure product production meets quality standards and style guidelines;
  • Presenting ideas and trends to key stakeholders and senior directors;
  • Traveling regularly to Turkey and other locations to meet with suppliers and assess new trends;
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A keen awareness of 20something platforms and a dedication to constant newness and first-to-market products;
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions;
  • Strong influencing skills and the confidence to present ideas to senior stakeholders;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work outside of regular hours.
