About the Job

We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-end recruitment solutions to identify top talent for our business.

As a Global Recruitment Lead, you will work closely with our US talent acquisition and HR team to ensure a consistent hiring manager and candidate experience across the global reinsurance business. You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and other Centers of Expertise (COE) to deliver wider HR strategic initiatives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead new TA initiatives, in partnership with the Group TA COE and HRD, around emerging talent, inclusive hiring practices, employer brand, onboarding, and others as they arise.
  • Drive recruitment best practice and high-touch business partnering support to embed and promote our enhanced recruitment model, demonstrating ROI continuously.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to build the TA team brand and encourage hiring managers to engage with the in-house TA team at all levels.
  • Diagnose talent acquisition performance to build strategic and innovative recruiting plans that deliver on required hiring needs.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand staffing needs and priorities to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines in line with hiring need and capability requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review and refine the hiring processes to build a more consistent and scalable talent acquisition model for the reinsurance business.
  • Be an employer brand ambassador for the group, delivering a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Be an active contributor and influencer in the recruitment process, providing best practice advice to hiring managers, advising on appropriate selection methods, leading interviews, and influencing decisions to ensure an inclusive hiring process.
  • Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, working with other CoE's & HRBP's, which align to the wider integrated HR Plan built to drive business growth and a high-performance culture.
  • Utilise recruiting metrics and analytics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve the talent acquisition experience/process.
