**A brief Introduction.....**
Vibright are excited to be partnering with a well known player within the FMCG space, based in London, with multiple sites across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their Talent team, as ‘Talent advisor’. Your role will be to support the successful execution of the talent strategy, playing your part in the ambitious growth plans, attracting and pipelining potential talent, as well as creating and suggesting new talent tactics.

You will be joining the already established Talent Team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, along with two existing Talent Advisors. It's a fast paced, ever changing environment. On a weekly basis the team may have 10-15 open roles, however this can jump to 35 or even 55
**What will you be doing?**
Your primary role will be to support the successful delivery of the talent team strategy, successfully finding talent and bringing them on board. However you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of high impact projects such as the development of employer branding strategy and the onboarding experience/process.
Here is a snapshot of what you will be responsible for:
- Your primary role will be to support the successful search, attract & selection of talent for roles across the production and operations teams
- You will build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships across the business, being the go to talent team member for your allocated business units.
- Support and drive pivotal projects
- Provide creative solutions, improving the teams talent tactics and ability to fill positions
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and assist in the interview process
- Build talent pipelines
- Create, design and facilitate recruiting events & supporting leaders to deliver a memorable hiring experience
- Administration tasks such as checking right-to-work, diary management of hiring managers etc..
**What we need from you....**
- You thrive in a fast, multi tasking environment
- You will have experience working within a high volume recruitment environment
- If you have experience recruiting within the manufacturing, hospitality or retail then we want to hear from you
- You will ideally be from an in-house background, however we will consider ex-agency if you have relevant high volume ad sector experience.
- You will have experience utilising an ATS
- You are a natural relationship builder, you understand people and can develop strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders.
- You love working under pressure, this is when you deliver your best work
- It goes without saying. But we will say it anyway - you have an eye for attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be organised with good prioritisation skills
- Finally.. You will have relentless drive and passion to find the best talent, playing your part in moving the business forward
