Karma Lake of Menteith is an award winning Hotel, Restaurant & Event Venue on the edge of Scotland's only lake with a fantastic reputation for great customer service and fresh Scottish food. With a 50 seat restaurant, an 16-bedroom hotel, as well as a full calendar of wedding and events, we are seeking multi-skilled people with outgoing personalities to join our small team.

This role will involve;
- Collaborating with business managers
- Wedding and Event Coordination
- Motivating a team and setting goals and incentives.
- General admin tasks.

In return you will receive in role support from both Operational and Duty Managers, a competitive salary and training to improve skills in both hospitality and events sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute various types of events such as conferences, weddings, fundraisers, and corporate meetings

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and manage event schedules
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a must
- Ability to upsell services or products during events
- Fundraising experience is desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
