We are looking for an experienced Events Executive to join our specialist Events Team on an 18-month fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging events that inspire our audiences.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in coordinating and delivering events, including virtual and hybrid events. You will be responsible for supporting project management and delivery of physical and virtual events within budget and in support of agreed objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and evaluate the ROI and impact of events. Additionally, you will partner with Events Managers on the planning and delivery of large-scale or complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management and delivery of physical and virtual events within budget and in support of agreed objectives

  • Direct ownership of some elements of complex events and may project manage smaller scale events directly

Requirements:
