About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Event Coordinator to join our Event Sales team at Pan Pacific London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Property and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Consult with clients to recommend additional services and upgraded items, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Create detailed event plans, floor plans, and banquet event orders (BEOs) to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee smooth event execution, ensuring every detail is attended to.
  • Maintain accurate records in our event management system, including bookings, contracts, BEOs, and correspondence.
  • Prepare event agreements in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
  • Ensure prompt payment in accordance with company policy, maintaining excellent financial management.
