Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of events within the hotel including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- To provide administrative support for Executives & Manager, including but not limited to creating Event Orders, typing up menus, place cards & table plans
- Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces
- Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
- Work with the clients to contract additional services (upsell) during the planning phase
- Liases and works closely with the related operational departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met during the planning and delivery of the events
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
Qualifications
- You have great language and written skills in English
- You are creative, pro-active, confident, a natural planner and customer focused
- You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom
