**About us**

Karma Lake of Menteith is a 16 bedroom Country Hotel in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, with a vibrant restaurant, bustling pub bar and busy calender of internal and external events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes

You must have a passion for the hospitality industry, wines and spirits with the ability to recommend and advise guests.

**As a Head Bartender, you will supervise the bar service to offer a high quality, efficient beverage service that adds to a superior Guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages.**

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
