**Regional Trainer - Kent Area**
**Up to £35K plus Car Allowance**
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a quality care provider with services across the South of England who are looking for a Regional Trainer who will continuously develop staff teams and deliver the highest quality of learning.
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer that has a good understanding of the Care industry. They will be a good team player that can ‘think outside of the box’, and confidently always deliver high quality training. They will also have strong communication and organisational skills and a “can do attitude”
This role will be hybrid, working from home and travelling across the region so it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and use of a vehicle
Ideally you will have the CIPD, PTTLS and a Moving and Assisting qualification to really hit the ground running in this highly skilled role.
As a Regional Trainer your role will involve:
- Identifying learning needs and implementing solutions
- Designing new training materials
- Planning and communicating the training schedule
- Co-ordinating Care staff training
- Delivering Care staff training both face to face and virtually
- Evaluating all learning delivery and review
- Maintaining complete and accurate training records
- Undertaking continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date
- Agreeing and achieving targets for training
This is a full time, permanent position, with a fantastic company who encourage their staff to reach their full potential. Continuous training and support will be provided, and you will have a fantastic Senior Management Team to work alongside to continuously improve the training where possible to ensure all new employees are well educated in their role to enable them to deliver the best possible care.
