Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Trainer. This role involves balancing work from home with regional travel, visiting early years settings to support and train apprentices.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for training apprentices in early years settings and online using their expertise. They will also develop future talent by engaging with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guiding their development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Teach: Train apprentices in early years settings and online using your expertise.
- Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
- Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in Nursery settings.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar).
- Comfort with technology for virtual training and administration.
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
