Trainer in Early Education

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Training Specialist to join our team. The role involves a mix of remote work and regional travel, with visits to early years settings to provide training and support.
Key Tasks:- Deliver High-Quality Training: Provide engaging and informative training sessions to apprentices in early years settings and online.
- Guide Apprentices: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, providing guidance on their development.
- Emphasize Key Skills: Highlight the importance of English and maths skills for apprentices in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience working in nursery settings.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or similar.
- Comfort with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
- A willingness to improve your Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths skills, with support provided.
- A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of £27,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including quarterly tax-free bonuses, generous holiday allowance, mileage reimbursement, travel expenses, healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programs, and 24/7 GP access.
