We are recruiting for an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Childcare Trainer, delivering training and support to Apprentices in the Skills and Employability sectors.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and have strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan their time effectively and inspire learners.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in the training industry, supporting Apprentices to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare, along with Functional Skills to level 2.
- Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to plan time effectively.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Salary and Benefits:
- £27,000 + bonus potential.
- Excellent holiday entitlement.
