Career Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join CV-Library as a Trainer and Talent Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality training to apprentices, promoting their growth and development.

You will develop future talent by connecting with new apprentices, assessing their goals and learning needs, and supporting their progress. Additionally, you will provide guidance on the importance of English and maths in the context of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to apprentices in-person and through virtual sessions, sharing your expertise to inspire and teach.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Comfort with technology for both virtual training and administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support available.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
