Early Years Trainer Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Trainer. The role involves balancing remote work with regional travel, visiting early years settings to provide training and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and Inspire: Provide high-quality training to apprentices in early years settings and online, utilizing your expertise.
  • Talent Development: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guiding their development.
  • Skill Enhancement: Highlight the importance of English and maths skills for apprentices in their roles.
About the Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. Substantial experience in nursery settings.
  2. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or similar.
  3. Proficiency in using technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
  4. A commitment to improving your Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths skills, with support available.
  5. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
Benefits and Salary

The annual salary for this position is £27,000, accompanied by a range of benefits including quarterly tax-free bonuses, generous holiday allowance, mileage reimbursement, travel expenses, healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programs, and 24/7 GP access.
