About This Opportunity

Are you a passionate Early Years professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training to apprentices in early years settings across Kent.

The Role:

  • You will inspire and teach apprentices, using your expertise to deliver training that meets their needs.
  • You will develop future talent by connecting with new apprentices and supporting their growth.
  • You will provide guidance on functional skills, such as English and maths.

What You'll Need:

  • You should have experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • You should hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • You should be comfortable with technology for both virtual training and administrative tasks.
  • You should be willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support available.
  • You should hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for regional travel.
