We're seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Trainer, providing training and support to apprentices in early years settings.

About the Job Description

As an Early Years Trainer, you will inspire and teach apprentices, develop future talent, and guide them in functional skills such as English and maths.

  1. Inspire and Teach Apprentices: Use your early years expertise to train apprentices both in their early years settings and online.
  2. Develop Future Leaders: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
  3. Guide Apprentices in Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Nursery settings, a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, and be comfortable with technology for virtual training and administration.
