Paediatric Nurse Trainer

**Job Overview:** As a Paediatric Nurse Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and education to healthcare professionals working with children and young people with complex health needs.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced paediatric nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Trainer, responsible for designing and delivering in-house clinical skills training programs for social care staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing and teaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,500 - £53,500 per annum, based on your experience.
Main Responsibilities:- To develop and implement in-house clinical skills training programs for social care staff.
- To assess and evaluate staff competency in clinical procedures.
- To provide ongoing advice and support to staff to ensure confident and safe practice.
- NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse with at least 5 years of acute experience.
- Recent community/acute healthcare experience gained through education or work experience placement or previous employment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice.
